What exactly it is to work for such a big company and to have so many responsibilities? As he said, you have to be really open-minded to thrive well in such an environment. His responsibilities include a lot of things - from negotiating with regulators and authorities, building partnerships with media to even answering questions on Facebook.
Recently, he was nominated for the Forbes 30 under 30. And one day they called, notifying him he was approved. Every year, Forbes identifies 30 of the brightest and most promising game-changers under the age of 30. According to his words, this was an extremely positive experience for him that led to a lot of phone calls and questions, expressing great admiration.
To the question “Why didn’t you choose the typical office”, his answer was “because I’m not a typical person, too” which to a great extend expresses exactly what type of community we strive to build here. Everybody here has something special about them and that’s how they contribute to our company, that is exactly what makes us Networking Premium.
So why a coworking? Firstly, because Revolut, as a company always prefers the coworking environment so most of its employees work in a coworking space. Secondly, a very flexible, innovative, and adaptive office is what this job requires. You have to be able to focus on your work, without thinking about the bills, transportation (metro nearby), cleaning, where to eat, and where to invite your clients for a business meeting.
.. And you can always have a free coffee and beer in case you need to chill.
